Year 3 Visit Gordon Rigg's Garden Centre

Year 3 had a wonderful time at Gordon Riggs Garden Centre. They toured greenhouses and looked at seedlings and young plants.

 
They particularly liked the seed house where growing conditions are controlled to help seeds germinate.
Back in school they are writing leaflets to promote the garden centre. Also, they are testing growing conditions for plants and keeping some interesting seed diaries.
